HEART Style Workouts
HEART Stands for High Energy, Active Recovery Training.
It is our spin on standard workouts that takes your fat burning to levels you have never felt, nor experienced before. In shorter, quicker paced windows.
Each workout is roughly 30 minutes long and burns 2-3X the calories that traditional workouts do.
So anyone, no matter how busy can fit it into their schedule.

I loved how quick the HEART Style workouts are! As a Single mom, it wasn’t an option for me to go to the gym and bring all 5 of my kids in hopes that they would stay in the kids club. So having these workouts were VITAL to my success in the Trailblazer Fitness Academy

4 Phase Nutrition System
Most programs feel like This is how forever is going to be. No foods you enjoy, no vacations without stressing over where the closests salad place is, “and please put the dressing on the side”
Not here.
Heck, in Phase 1 you are REQUIRED to have a day that you eat foods you enjoy like Pizza, Ice Cream, Hamburgers, and even a beer if you like!
The 4 Phase Nutrition System has 4 distinct pitstops along the road of keeping weight off forever, each with their own specific goal and outcome, ultimately finishing at Maintenance, where I teach you how to keep the weight off long term.
I really liked how each Phase gave me a target to focus on, instead of feeling like I couldn’t eat certain foods for a long time. Also, I ate what was on the food list already, so it wasn’t so much of a change like other programs I have tried in the past
Phase 2 really helped me with some gut problems I was facing, and REALLY got rid of the bloat I have been feeling for far too long. Now I know how to make my body feel better so that I don’t have the mom gut after eating certain foods.
Unconventional Lifestyle Change Tactics That Lead to Lifelong Change
This is the KEY to how the program is vastly different from an other one out there. You see, most programs have motivation and accountability, which I do believe are important.
But at some point, I hope, you want to do this on your own, and at some point, you won’t always be motivated to do the healthy stuff all of the time.
So unless you want to belong to a weight loss program for your entire life, you actually need something else.
You need to be able to generate motivation on demand, create discilpine around your health and fitness so whether it’s snowing outside in January or 110 in the June, Holiday season or back to school season, kids home, or away, you will stick to your health and fitness because you HAVE to, even if you didn’t want to.
I had what some might call information overload, Chris called it hoarding information, but I knew a lot of WHAT to do, but not how to do it. I was consistently implementing the right things, in the wrong order, and when Chris got me doing the right things, at the right time, magically I was able to lose the 30+ lbs I so desperately needed, and am able to ski and be far more active than I ever could have wanted!
